Quilt Preparation
Indicate top of quilt.
Quilt top and backing should both be squared- corners at 90 degrees.
Quilt top and backing should both be well pressed. Seams on backing should be pressed open.
Trim off all loose threads from back of quilt.
Backing must be 6"-8" larger than quilt top. This means 3"-4" extra all around.
If you are providing your own batting please make sure it is also 6"-8" larger than quilt top.
Please note if any of these preparation steps have been omitted there will be an additional charge of $25 per hour for preparation.
